What We Believe

- Promoting social justice comes through advocating for the disadvantaged.
HACSM SERVICE AREA
The HACSM service area includes the Highland School District
plus the area east of State Rt 4 in Madison County. The cities include:

Alhambra
New Douglas
Pierron
St. Jacob
Marine
*Rent, Utilities, Gas Vouchers and other programs may be limited to the Highland School District, Marine & St. Jacob.
